FULL GUT REHAB

We purchased this property as part of a portfolio purchase. It had fire damage and a hole(!) in the roof.

The property required a full gut rehab and this renovation included rebuilding the roof completely, lifting the house a few inches up, new insulation, new drywall, new kitchens, new flooring, new bathrooms, and basically new everything!
