BURNED HOUSE RESTORATION

One of our units burned! Instead of selling it for profit, we decided to renovate it completely. We had to do some extensive work that took us several months, but it was worth it, as the unit is now renovated and serves our tenants with pleasure.

Renovating a burned house requires working with an architect, pulling permits, working with a few crews to restore the burned parts, and then renovating as if it were a regular unit.
