OUR INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

EIO Holdings LLC's flywheel strategy consist of four stages:

Stage 1 - We are acquiring assets in metro areas with stable or growing communities for cash flow purposes.

Stage 2 - We add the new assets to the already existing systems, renovate, and update to optimize the cash flow.

Stage 3 -Once we gathered enough cashflow, we acquire assets off-market and undervalued in an appreciating market.

Stage 4 - We stabilize the asset, renovating it, and eventually refinance.
